Some notes after watching tonight’s episode of “The Vampire Diaries”:

Bonnie (Katerina Graham) displayed wisdom in getting Luka (Bryton James) to tell the truth about Elijah’s (Daniel Gillies) mission – but it likely won’t benefit Luka.

And the vampire torture continued – this week it was Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) turn, with Elijah showing how formidabie he is again-  against the werewolves and Damon.

Tyler (Michael Trevino) did the right thing talking to Matt (Zach Roerig) about Caroline (Candice Accola), but leaving with Jules (Michaela McManus) – not so much.

I still think he’ll end up being an ally for the vampires in the future.

Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) shared some sweet (and intense) moments – and one word for the Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) and Bonnie story line tonight: “Finally!”

“The Vampire Diaries” airs at 7 p.m. Thursdays on The CW.
