Academy of Country Music Awards: Fan voting begins today for Entertainer of the Year, including nominee Blake Shelton

Country music fans can vote for their choice for the Academy of Country Music’s Entertainer of the Year and New Artist of the Year starting today at www.VoteACM.com, according to a news release.

Entertainer of the Year, powered by the Ram Truck brand, includes nominees Oklahoma native Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley and Taylor Swift.

New Artist of the Year nominees are Brantley Gilbert, Hunter Hayes and Scotty McCreery.

Votes for New Artist of the Year can be cast through the start of the live broadcast of the 47th  Annual Academy of Country Music Awards airing at  7 p.m., Sunday, April on CBS, while voting for the Entertainer of the Year is open into the third hour of the show.

Fans are also able to vote using their mobile device (MSG & Data rates apply) by logging on to www.VoteACM.com, or via text message using a number that will be announced during the telecast.
