Heritage Auctions Appraisal Days in Oklahoma City May 20-22, chance to be on Ty Pennington show offered

Heritage Auctions specialists will be available to examine mementos May 20-22 at the Oklahoma City Crowne Plaza, 2945 Northwest Expressway.

Heritage’s specialists will examine up to three items, in most cases, per person and will give a free verbal appraisal.

Attendees may also qualify to be on a new television show produced for ABC starring Ty Pennington, according to a news release.

Auction categories include:

Fine & Decorative Arts, Silver & Vertu, Modern and Contemporary Art, Rare Coins & Currency, Fine Jewelry & Timepieces, American Indian Art, Space Exploration, Civil War, Arms & Militaria, Americana & Political, Texana, Comics & Comic Art, Rare Books & Manuscripts, Music & Entertainment Memorabilia, Vintage Guitars & Musical Instruments, Sports Collectibles, Natural History, Vintage Movie Posters, Fine & Rare Wine, and Designer Handbags.

Specialists will be prepared to accept and fully insure consignments of qualified items at the event as well, and Heritage Auctions will, in some cases, offer cash advances on qualified consignments, or buy items outright.
