The concierge medical care business in the Hamptons that is Hank Med is in for a change as the fourth season of “Royal Pains” begins June 6.

Dr. Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) leaves the business he started with his brother Evan (Paulo Costanzo) when they cannot agree on the direction HankMed should be going in.

This is an intriguing route to go with the story line of the show, although not necessarily surprising since Hank and Evan have had major disagreements in the past.

Good luck to Divya (Reshma Shetty), as she surely will be caught in the middle of the brothers’  new endeavors and will also most likely be trying to reunite the pair.

Jill Flint also stars in the show, and recurring guest stars include Henry Winkler, Campbell Scott and Brooke D’Orsay.

The fourth season of “Royal Pains” debuts at 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 6 on the USA Network.
