Jeanne Tripplehorn joins “Criminal Minds” cast

Emmy Award nominee and Tulsa native Jeanne Tripplehorn will join the cast of the CBS drama “Criminal Minds” this fall as a series regular, according to a news release.

Tripplehorn’s television credits include “Big Love,” “Grey Gardens” and “New Girl,” and her feature film credits include “The Firm,” “Waterworld” and “Sliding Doors.”

“Criminal Minds” airs at 8 p.m. Wednesdays on CBS.
