CBS Television Studios and Grubwithus have joined in a promotional partnership for the new drama series “Elementary,” according to a news release.

Grubwithus, a social networking site that connects people with compatible interests over social meals, will host Sherlock-themed dinners at English pubs and restaurants in 10 cities across the country.

A sneak preview DVD of “Elementary” will be given to Sherlock fans prior to the dinners.

The Sherlock-themed dinners will take place on Thursday, Sept. 13 in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, Seattle, Atlanta and Dallas, and participants are urged to “Bring a Watson” – a friend.

For details on the dinners in your city, or if you’d like to interact with other “Elementary” fans offline before and after the meals, visit www.grubwithus.com/elementary.

Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu star in “Elementary,” premiering at 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27 on CBS.
