“Arrow,” which centers on the story of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), a billionaire playboy who moonlights as a crime-fighting vigilante looking to clean up the streets of Starling City, debuts at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10 on The CW.
The series also stars Katie Cassidy, Colin Donnell, David Ramsey, Willa Holland, Susanna Thompson and Paul Blackthorne, according to a news release.
