Piper Perabo, Christopher Gorham, Kari Matchett and Peter Gallagher star in “Covert Affairs,” and Sarah Clarke guest stars in the “Suffragette City” episode, which premieres at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, on USA Network.
