In this week’s episode of “Arrow” titled “Legacies,” Oliver (Stephen Amell) strays from his father’s list at Diggle’s (David Ramsey) urging and sets his sights on the Royal Flush Gang after an off-duty police officer is seriously wounded during one of the group’s bank heists.

This episode features more revealing flashbacks set during Oliver’s time on the island, Tommy (Colin Donnell) continuing to pursue a relationship with Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and it looks as though the tension between the often disappearing Oliver and his mother may be coming to an end.

Oliver also finds that just because the Royal Flush Gang isn’t on his father’s list, it doesn’t necessarily mean he’s ignoring righting the wrongs of his father after all in his attempt to stop them.

“Arrow” is a great new show that has delivered a solid episode every week – multi-layered stories, sound acting and exciting action – it definitely hits all the marks for a satisfying superhero series.

“Arrow” airs at 7 p.m. Wednesdays on The CW,
