Oklahoma siblings found dead in rural Love County

A hunter discovered the bodies of Thomas Monroe “Sunny” Culwell, 78, and Marion Almenia Culwell, 81, near a fence line on their property in Love County, the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation reported.

A hunter discovered a brother and sister dead on a property in western Love County, authorities reported.

Thomas Monroe “Sunny” Culwell, 78, and Marion Almenia Culwell, 81, had been working to clear a fence line on their property, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said in a news release. A hunter found the bodies about 10:40 p.m. Friday.

The Love County sheriff's office requested OSBI assistance to investigate the case. The state medical examiner's office will determine the cause and manner of death.
