The end of the world ...

By now, lots of people know about the prophecy  that says the world will end on  Dec. 21, 2012.

Yes, that’s just months away.

This prophecy is based on the ancient Mayan calendar which ends on that day.

I’ve done stories about this issue and I will do more, I’m sure as that date draws near.

Some new information on the topic has surfaced in a story on MSNBC.com.

Apparently, it may have been discovered that the Mayan calendar goes beyond Dec. 21, 2012.

Anyway, you’ll find no judgements or opinions in this posting. I just thought I’d pass along this story for those interested in this topic.

There’s something about predictions of the end of the world that fascinates folks.

Here’s a link to the story: “Maya marked time past 2012″
