You knew it would happen sooner or later.  “Glee” is headed to “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”

The cast of the hit television series heads to Chicago next month for the April 7 show devoted to all things “Glee,” reports Entertainment Weekly.

Highlights will include interviews with the entire cast and series creator Ryan Murphy, never-before-seen backstage video, and, of course, a show-stopping performance.

What’s more, Oprah.com is launching a “destination page” for Gleeks. Beginning March 29, fans will find character guides, “Glee” I.Q. tests, behind the scenes photo galleries, and more.

According to Entetainment Weekly, the Oprah episode will air the day after the ”Glee” cast is scheduled to appear at the White House for the annual Easter egg roll. Word is that first lady Michelle Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha are big “Glee” fans.

The television show is also getting lots of attention for its fashion. Guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury’s cardigans, straight skirts, sweater clips and vintage jewelry have fashionistas buzzing.
