Suited for Success bowling tournament fundraiser
No big deal if you don’t roll a strike. This is your opportunity to bowl for a good cause.
Suited for Success is partnering with 66 Bowl for the Annual No Tap Bowling Tournament at 1 and 3:30 p.m. July 31. 66 Bowl is at 3810 NW 39 Expressway. This is one of the nonprofit organization’s largest fundraisers. The event is open to the public.
Individuals and businesses can participate in the No Tap Bowling Tournament by registering 4-member teams for $20 a person. Corporate sponsorship levels range from $50-$250. Organizations may also participate by donating items for participant bags, door or silent auction prizes. For registration and sponsorship information, call Suited for Success at (405) 521-1089
Suited for Success provides interview appropriate clothing to low-income women who are job trained and actively seeking employment. Clients range in age from 18 to 65. They must have completed a job training or job readiness program and are actively seeking employment. Many are entering the job market for the first time. Ninety-five percent are single mothers, many of whom have been abused and come from area shelters.
