Mark your calendar. Shoe designer Donald J Pliner is coming to Dillard’s, Woodlands Hills Mall, in Tulsa on Oct. 26.
Pliner has been to Dillard’s in Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City twice in recent years, and his appearance always brings out a crowd. Pliner is known for his stylish and comfortable shoes.
