Members of the rock band Coldplay likely will take home some Grammy awards Feb. 8, but they might be leaving with a lawsuit in their hands as well.

According to Fox News, guitar player Joe Satriani is claiming Coldplay used a sample of his song “I Just Wanna Fly” on their hit song “Viva La Vida.”

Satriani is threatening to have his lawyers serve the group with legal papers  in front of the cameras at the Grammy’s.

Coldplay denies the allegations, so they probably won’t settle it anytime soon.  So, it looks like they will be embarrassed at the Grammy’s with those legal papers.

We shall see.
