Rascal Flatts and Jessica Simpson will tour together

Rascal Flatts announced they are going on a 20-city tour in 2009 and singer Jessica Simpson will be their opening act.

Rascal Flatts will be promoting their new greatest hits CD, and Jessica Simpson will be promoting her new country album titled “Do You Know.”

The tour will run Jan. 17 through March 14.  The tour schedule is below.

Jan. 17 – Kansas City, Missouri

Jan. 18 – Des Moines, Iowa

Jan. 22 - Greenville, South Carolina

Jan. 23 – Winston Salem, North Carolina

Jan. 24 - N Charleston, South Carolina

Jan. 29 – Charlottesville, Virginia

Jan. 30 – Lexington, Kentucky

Jan. 31 – Charleston, West Virginia

Feb. 5 – Grand Rapids, Michigan

Feb. 6 – Champaign, Illinois

Feb. 7 – Madison, Wisconsin

Feb. 14 – Rochester, New York

Feb. 25 – Boise, Idaho

Feb. 26 – Salt Lake City, Utah
