It’s been 10 years since Britney Spears released her debut album, and the pop star will mark the occasion by releasing a compilation CD.

Britney made the announcement Wednesday on her Web site.  The CD titled “The Singles Collection” will be in stores Nov. 24.

There will be two versions of the compilation package.  The ultimate fan box version will feature all 29 of Britney’s singles that were released during the past decade, and the standard version will have 17 songs on one CD.

Both versions will include Britney’s new song titled “3,” which will be released to radio stations next week.

Her debut album “Baby One More Time” was released in 1999.  Her sophomore album “Ooop!… I Did It Again” came out in 2000, followed by “In The Zone” in 2003, “Greatest Hits: My Perogative” in 2004, “Blackout” in 2007 and “Circus” in 2008.
