A day after a tumble from a malfunctioning harness sent her to the hospital with bumps and bruises, the acrobatic rocker returned to her Funhouse Summer Carnival tour without incident on Friday.

“Well, we did it!!! Always get right back on the horse that bucked you. Thank u gorgeous people of Salem, Germany!!! Totally worth it!” she tweeted.

The 30-year-old Pink (real name: Alecia Beth Moore) was performing in Nurnberg, Germany, Thursday night when the spill occurred, bringing the gig to a halt while medical personnel could tend to her.

The popster updated fans via Twitter about what happened shortly after being carted away by ambulance: “didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting xrays. I hope it at least looked cool!”

Pink was discharged later that night after getting the all-clear from doctors.

“Nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore,” the Grammy winner revealed, then promised to get back in the saddle harness in time for the next show.

“Okay. Full steam ahead people. No pain, no gain. Or is it no brain, no pain? Either way, I will be on that stage, even if I have to crawl,” Pink later wrote.

Glad to know she delivered. After a concert in St. Petersburg last night, her Funhouse is heading to Prague for a show Tuesday.
