No Joker, of course, for the Dark Knight sequel, but the SoHo apartment where Health Ledger died is finally back on the market, nearly three years after the actor’s drug overdose. The 4,400-square-foot loft, located at 421 Broome Street — completely gutted and renovated — can be yours for $5M. That’s chump change compared to the True Blood house. The three-story, 12,045-square-foot Malibu pad overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is on the market for $35M.
