Kay Musser, Linda Kennedy Rosser, Nancy Greer and Jill Greene arrive at the Junior League annual member luncheon honoring Rosser and Greer. Rosser is Mary Baker Rumsey sustainer lifetime achievement award winner, and Greer is sustainer of the year award winner. The event was at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club.

Committee members Mary Reneau, Angie Sanger, back; Tyfanna Johnson and Gennie Johnson enjoy the annual member luncheon honoring Linda Kenndy Rosser and Nancy Greer. Johnson and Johnson were co-chairmen for the event and Reneau and Sanger worked on seating arrangements.

IT’S A BOY…Adrienne Elder was honored at a baby shower. She and David Elder are expecting a baby boy in May. Hostesses at the baby shower were Elizabeth Kaplan, Jackie Johnson, Elizabeth Elder, Ashley Elder and Anne Graves. They gave her a Jeep Overland Limited baby stroller. The party was at Nonna’s in Bricktown.

PRINCESS…Caroline Groom was chosen the 2007 Oklahoma Cherry Blossom princess for the 95th National Cherry Blossom Festival activities in Washington, D.C. Members of the Oklahoma State Society of Washington, D.C selected her.

She is the daughter of Beverly Bennett Groom and Ted Groom, Arlington, Va., and the granddaughter of Judge Thomas Bennett, Oklahoma City. She is a freshman student at William and Mary College. At the April 8-14 Festival, Groom and princesses representing other states and countries, participated in educational, leadership and cultural activities.

STACEY AND ERIC… Stacey Ford and Eric Stiglets were honored at a pre-wedding party in the home of Catherine and Kevin Ratliff. Co-hostesses were Liz Brown, Ashley Dahnke, Erin Fitzgerald, Molly Fritch and Susan Lewis. The couple will have a summer wedding.

CHRISTI’S BIRTHDAY… Christi Coyle celebrated her 40th birthday with a “Girls Night In” party in the Coyle home.

It was a major rainstorm that night, so, Ann Trudgeon, Neeley Snyder and Ann Cameron arrived in scuba gear. In lieu of gifts, the women donated checks to favorite charities.

Guests included Kim Sabolich, Christa Richardson, Sarah Frank, Jenifer Stehr, Julie Holt, Amy Bankhead, Chrissy McLaughlin, Dr. Lisa Taylor and Lynn McVeigh.

VOLUNTEERING…. A “Volunteer Tribute” luncheon was held for Infant Crisis Services and volunteers and donors were honored.

Winners were Mallory Gibbs, Teen Volunteer of the Year; Sharon Boecking, lifetime volunteer; Susan Wheeler, newcomer volunteer; Jeanie Laakman, professional service award; Sch’Ree and Tom Ward, individual donors; Chesapeake Energy Corp., corporate donor; Santa Fe Presbyterian, church donor; Carl C. Anderson sr. and Marie Jo Anderson charitable foundation, Foundation award, and Tinker Federal Credit Union, group award.
