AFTER 50 YEARS…In Maysville, Ok., 50 people attended the 50th high school class reunion. Dinner was at the Lumberyard Restaurant where owner David Benthin cooked a catfish buffet. School Superintendent William Martin welcomed the group.
Committee members decided not to have nametags so the former classmates spent time guessing identities. The next day was a live auction for the Maysville Education Foundation and the all- class alumni banquet where a special cake was baked for the class of 1958.
Former Maysville High School classmates convened for the 50th Reunion. They are Margaret Spann Cacy, Tommy Holt, Bill Henry, Tommy Lawson, Scotty Briggs, Jim Tompkins, Richard Norton, Coy Swank, Ronald Gilliam, Bob Oldham, Victor Paul Mays, Sondra Bolles Wood, Eddie Carroll, Carmolita Jones Sullivan, Doretha Spencer Koons, Kenneth Sutton, Darquita Jones Harvey, Vernel McPherson Trujillo, David Barger, Darlene Christian Beck, Dois Staley, Sequita Crouch O’Neal, John David Staley.
