Ramona and Homer Paul were hosts at a reception at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club following a ceremony honoring Dr. Ramona Paul as Oklahoma Today “Oklahoman of the Year for 2009.” Paul, Assistant State Superintendent of Education, received the honor for developing the nation’s leading early childhood education program.
