Follies Friends kickoff date has been re-scheduled

(Editor’s note—Change of plans: The kickoff for  Follies Friends  has been re-set to Jan. 10th, 2013 at the Atrium of the Oklahoma City University Wanda Bass School of Music.)

Carol and Gary Sander were hosts for the first organizational meeting of the Oklahoma Senior Follies Friend- Raiser. Speakers were Bobbie Burbridge Lane, founder and producer of the Follies, Carol Sander and Linda Piro, co-chairmen, Follies Friends.

The group is the volunteer organization of the OSF

It was announced that the Oklahoma Senior Follies for 2013 will be June 14, 15, 16, 2013.

Bouquets of roses, lilies, and daisies were on the tables and wine, tea, soft drinks and cheese and hors d’oeuvres were served.

At the event were Lou Ann Rice, Kerry Robertson, Jane Hall, Liz and Stan Alexander, Lolly Anderson, Suzie and Jim Fentriss, Jay Edwards, Terry Runnels, Virginia Wright, Jim Franklin, Betty Catching, Charlotte and Jim Franklin and Barbara Hensley.
