Wednesday Video Spotlight: The Flaming Lips

Oklahoma City-based psychedelic rock heroes The Flaming Lips will stage their second New Year’s Eve Freakout show at 8:30 tonight at the Cox Convention Center. For more information, go to

The Lips will ring in 2009 with costumed dancers, Wayne Coyne crowd-surfing in a giant hamster ball, laser light shows, confetti guns, big balloons and of course, that amazing music.
