OKC Improv Winter Run Oklahoma City, OK, OK

Today’s featured event:

OKC Improv will start 2013 with big laughs tonight with two comedy shows at the Broadway Theater, 1613 N Broadway Ave. Shows are at 8 and 10 p.m.

Performing in the 8 p.m. show are the madcap games of troupe You People, local mind reader and mentalist William Rader and Ballpark Theatre Company, which performs an improvised movie – complete with soundtrack.

In the 10 p.m. show, OKC Improv is excited to showcase Oklahoma’s first all-female troupe The MiDolls, who perform themed shows in costumes, taking cues from the audience. Following the ladies are the political satire of Red State, Blue State, which demonstrates that no matter your political leanings, politics can be riotously funny. Two-man troupe C-4 finishes the night with complex characters and rapid-fire dialogue.
