Oklahoma-born and bred superstar singer/actress Reba McEntire is featured on the cover of the March 25 issue of Country Weekly, on sale today.

The cover story, titled “The New Me,” chronicles the Chockie native’s triumphant return to television with her new sitcom, “Malibu Country.” “The New Me” is the name of the theme song Reba recorded for the show, which airs at 7:30 p.m. Fridays on ABC.

In the story, Reba talks about the show and the hot list of stars, including fellow Oklahoman Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson, who are making guest appearances.

Reba also looks forward to welcoming Kelly, who is engaged to her stepson Brandon Blackstock, into the family.

“I have known Kelly for years and she is just wonderful,” she tells the magazine.
