Oklahoma tornadoes: OU, OSU and the Univ. of Tulsa combine efforts for relief T-shirts

NORMAN — Three Oklahoma universities are working up a plan to raise money for the United Way's tornado relief effort in Moore.

NORMAN — Three Oklahoma universities are working up a plan to raise money for the United Way's tornado relief effort in Moore.

The University of Oklahoma announced Thursday that it is working with Oklahoma State University and the University of Tulsa to use logos from the three schools for disaster relief T-shirts.


Net proceeds will go directly to the United Way. The shirts will sell for $19.95 and a long-sleeve version will go for $24.95.

Box Seat Clothing Company will produce the shirts, which will only be available through the universities' online stores.
