MOORE — A memorial and prayer service to honor Oklahoma tornado victims will be an evening event, a spokesman for Gov. Mary Fallin's office said Thursday. The service is open to the public.
Alex Weintz said the service is set for 6 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church of Moore, 301 NE 27. Weintz said parking for the service will be at Plaza Mayor at The Crossroads, formerly known as Crossroads Mall, at 7000 Crossroads Blvd.
Shuttle service will be provided to the church. Weintz said the parking arrangements were made because a large crowd is expected and parking will be limited at the church.
