Oklahoma State basketball: Marcus Smart, Team USA rout Russia

 Oklahoma State sophomore Marcus Smart had four points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals as the United States' U19 men's basketball team routed Russia 115-47 on Saturday.

Smart started for the United States but played just nine minutes.

Team USA was undefeated in pool play at the FIBA U19 World Championships. As the winners of Pool D, the Americans advance to the second round and will face Brazil, which finished third in Group C at 1-2, at 1:15 p.m. Monday.
