Former OKC RedHawk Chris Davis has arrived with Baltimore Orioles

Slugger seemed to be classic Quadruple-A player until the Texas Rangers traded him to Baltimore, where he has blossomed into one of the game's top hitters.

From 2008-10, Chris Davis was plenty familiar with the trip between Oklahoma City and Arlington, Texas.

Davis was caught in a cycle — hit like crazy with the RedHawks, then get called up to Texas and struggle to find contact.
