Jay-Z got some very good news on Wednesday, immediately followed by some very bad news, according to Huffington Post.

The good news is that the 43-year-old rapper officially topped the Billboard 200 with the release of his “Magna Carta Holy Grail,” selling 527,000 copies of the album in its first week.

The bad news is that his deal with Samsung allowed users of the company’s Galaxy products to download the album three days before it hit stores through the use of an app, which required users to provide personal information.

Now the Electronic Privacy Information Center is asking the Federal Trade Commission to investigate the app, according to Huffington Post.
