Oklahoma City police arrest man in convenience store killing

Micheal Devereaux, 28, was arrested on complaints of murder and robbery with a firearm. He is accused of fatally shooting Habib Hajimirzaei, 62, July 23 at 4 Seasons Gas & Food store, 13 NW 63.

A man has been arrested in the July 23 fatal shooting of a convenience store clerk, Oklahoma City police report Thursday.

Micheal Devereaux, 28, was arrested on complaints of murder and robbery with a firearm, police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.

Devereaux is accused of fatally shooting Habib Hajimirzaei, 62, at 4 Seasons Gas & Food store, 13 NW 63, Wardlow said.

Hajimirzaei's death is Oklahoma City's 48th homicide of 2013.
