Bail was denied Monday for an Oklahoma City man accused of slaying four of his relatives.
An initial court appearance date will be set later for Daniel Livingston Green after prosecutors formally file charges.
Green, 40, is in the Oklahoma County jail on four murder complaints.
Handcuffed with his arms placed behind his back, Green appeared by video from the jail before Oklahoma County Special Judge Russell Hall.
Green was arrested last week after police discovered four of his relatives dead from apparent gunshot wounds, according to court papers. The victims included an infant and a teenager.
The victims were identified as Green's mother, Sallie Green, 57; his sister, Rebecca Cizek, 34; and Cizek's children, Katherine Cizek, 16, and Amario Dominguez III, an infant. All were killed inside the family's home, 4601 SE 79.
Green didn't tell police he shot his family members, but he did say he might have “emptied a magazine on them,” according to the arrest affidavit.
Green told police he had to get away from his family members because they were stopping him from being with his one true love, the affidavit states.
