If you like what Roughtail Brewing is cooking up and you like your beer in cans, you, sir, are in luck.
Over the next several months you can expect to see three of Roughtail’s beers in cans, including one yet-to-be released beer.
First things first, the new beer will be called Polar Night Stout.
(Bonus points if you can spot the Roughtail lizard embedded in the beer log0. Answer at the bottom.)
Roughtail brewmaster Tony Tielli said the beer is based off his American stout recipe that claimed Best-of-Show honors at the 2011 Bluebonnet Brew Off in Texas. Tielli said the beer is “firmly bitter with citrusy American hops throughout, dry-hopped aggressively.”
The other beers that will make their way to cans are Roughtail IPA and 12th Round.
