DUNCAN — Increased security measures are in place at Duncan Public School District Wednesday after anonymous threats were made late Tuesday evening, reports the Duncan Banner.

DPD Chief Danny Ford confirmed that threats have been made and said Officer Brian Attaway was taking steps Tuesday night to help the district increase its security, which would be in place today.

“All I’ve been told is that the school resource officer had received information through a CrimeStoppers tip. Security is being established,” Ford said late Tuesday.
