When Kylie Beal married David Gutzman, both of Dallas, on August 24th in Park City, Utah, the bridesmaids’ luncheon was held at Café Terigo. Hostesses were four of the nine bridesmaids and their mothers, Ashley Nowak, Eileen Everett, Becky Tanenbaum and Marion Parke, Brenda Anderson, Mary Price, Glenna Tanenbaum and Linda Garrett.
The luncheon had a French theme because Kylie loves all things French. Flowers were bouquets of pale pink garden roses and Dusty Miller foliage on gray- patterned tablecloths.
Tina Beal, Linda Gutzman, Mary Fleske, Diana Fleske, Barbara Moon, Sue Adelbush, Sue Ellen Gutzman, Christina Cain, Kristine Gutzman, Lisa Gutzman, Lori Karam and Natalie Smeltzer were among the guests.
A special drink called La Belle Mariee was concocted and lunch included grilled salmon salad, vegetable sandwich and Risotto with smoked chicken and chocolate crème brulee or profiteroles with chocolate sauce and Laduree macaroons.
Each guest received a small pink purse with chocolates from Sucre in New Orleans. The bridesmaids received monogrammed robes created by the bride’s mother and grandmother and matching cosmetic bags created by Sody Clements. They also received earrings to wear at the wedding.
Linda Garrett wrote the menu and place cards in pink calligraphy.
