Federal regulators have signed off on several new beer labels this week.
First up, you’ve got the new can for COOP Horny Toad Blonde (this beer is the same as the existing Horny Toad Cerveza. COOP’s JD Merryweather told me they had to modify the description to meet up with tightened labeling standards from the feds):
And also from COOP, new packaging for Native Amber:
(In other COOP news, the long-awaited Territorial Reserve Rye Wine Ale finally shipped and is hitting liquor stores as early as today.)
Huebert has been approved for this bottle label for Rock Hard Rootbeer:
And lastly, the feds last month approved a preliminary label for the soon-to-be-released Battered Boar Dante’s Porter. Battered Boar’s Mike Sandefur told me that they have since tweaked the label a bit. Here’s the old one:
