Thunderstorms are moving into central Oklahoma Monday morning, the National Weather Service reports.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Monday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a high near 88. Southeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the morning.

Monday night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 70. Light east, northeast wind.

Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny with a high near 88. Light and variable wind becoming south 5 to 8 mph in the morning.

Tuesday night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 71. South wind around 6 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a high near 92. South, southwest wind 7 to 13 mph.

Wednesday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 72.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high near 90.
