Kansas woman dies in Oklahoma wreck

Colleen L. Grant, 50, of Linn Valley, Kan., died after a wreck Monday on Interstate 35 in Payne County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

A Kansas woman died Monday night after a wreck on Interstate 35 in Payne County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

Shortly before 8 p.m., Colleen L. Grant, 50, of Linn Valley, Kan., was driving south near mile marker 176. The car went off the right side of the road and struck an embankment, troopers said.

Grant, who was wearing a shoulder belt but not a lap seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
