Putnam City West point guard Omega Harris will go into his senior season with his college future already decided.

The 6-foot-3 Harris, who helped the Patriots reach the Class 6A state tournament a year ago, verbally committed to UTEP during an official visit there over the weekend, as first reported by Rivals.com.

Harris averaged 17.9 points per game for PC West last season. He had a variety of scholarship offers to choose from, including Oklahoma, Tulsa and Texas Tech.
