SALLISAW — A Sallisaw police lieutenant turned himself in Friday at the Sequoyah County jail on two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to a minor, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported.
The Sequoyah County sheriff on Sept. 25 asked the OSBI to investigate allegations of misconduct involving Lt. John Marcus Webber, 29.
An OSBI agent reported he found multiple teenage victims.
The felony counts are for providing hard liquor or high-point beer, and the misdemeanor is for providing 3.2 beer, according to the OSBI.
A warrant for Webber's arrest was filed Thursday and signed Friday morning. Webber's bail was set at $10,000.
