Survey Results

The Oklahoma City Citizen Survey is a scientific survey of residents' opinions on city services.

The 2013 questionnaire was six pages.

Satisfaction ratings in 2013 improved or stayed the same with regard to 49 of 65 services that were also rated in 2012. Satisfaction decreased in 16 areas.
