Oklahoma and Oklahoma State moved up in both The Associated Press and USA Today Coaches’ polls Sunday.

Oklahoma, coming off a bye week, moved up one spot each poll, to No. 12 in AP and No. 9 in USA Today.

The Cowboys, fresh off a 52-34 win in over Texas Tech in Lubbock, jumped up three spots in AP to No. 15 and one spot in the USA Today poll to No. 12.

Baylor remained No. 5 in both polls.

The Bears host Oklahoma on Thursday night.

Texas Tech, which has dropped two consecutive games after climbing into the top ten, fell to No. 25 in AP and No. 23 in the coaches poll.

Texas, winners of five consecutive games, remains on the outside looking in. The Longhorns are the first team out of each poll.
