Records: Heritage Hall 5-4, 4-2 District 3A-3; Lone Grove 8-2, 6-1 District 3A-4

Last week: Heritage Hall 41, Star Spencer 0; Plainview 52, Lone Grove 14

Players to watch: Heritage Hall — Connor McGinnis, QB. The big junior has thrown for 16 touchdowns and 1,731 yards in nine games, improving on a stellar sophomore campaign. He also accounted for all six TDs last week.

Lone Grove — Jeremy Lewis, RB. Entering last week, the sophomore had 23 touchdowns and nearly 1,800 yards on the ground. Impressive for a sophomore.

Storylines: Heritage Hall — The Chargers have simplified their offense after a plethora of injuries. They are still shorthanded, but they are not to be overestimated.

Lone Grove — A tough loss last week cost the Longhorns a district championship, but they are still hosting their first ever playoff game. They just need to find a way to contain McGinnis.
