A message on the music legend's website says: "Jimmy has been released from the hospital and is doing well."
Buffett suffered head injuries after falling off the stage during a concert in Sydney, Australia.
Eyewitness reports described Buffett falling face-first during the performance and was lying on the floor with blood gushing from his head until medical assistance arrived.
