Cuomo: 80 percent of NYC subway service restored

NEW YORK (AP) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo says about 80 percent of New York City's subway service has been restored.

Cuomo noted Saturday that the progress has been made less than a week since the superstorm hit.

He says the storm brought the worst damage the subways had ever had.
