Grain futures and livestock prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures fell Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 28.75 cents to $8.5775 a bushel; December corn fell 20.25 cents to $7.1850 a bushel; December oats fell 4.50 cents to $3.5925 a bushel; while January soybeans fell 46.25 cents to $14.05 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures also fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle fell 0.40 cent to $1.2535 a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.35 cent to $1.4595 a pound; while December lean hogs fell 0.43 cent to 80.32 cents a pound.
