BALTIMORE (AP) — Gov. Martin O'Malley will be speaking to a conference of utility regulators.

The governor is scheduled to give welcoming remarks Tuesday at the 124th Annual Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners in Baltimore.

O'Malley is set to talk about energy goals in Maryland.

He's also expected to talk about a report that was released last month to make the state's electric distribution system more resilient to strong storms.
