LOS ANGELES (AP) — Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles has gotten a $20 million donation toward its nearly completed Advanced Health Services Pavilion.
The Sue and Bill Gross Surgery and Procedure Center is named after the philanthropists who donated the money through the Gross Family Trust.
The center is a key part of the 11-story, 820,000-square-foot pavilion, which opens next summer.
The entire fifth floor will be dedicated to the 50,000-square-foot surgery and procedure center.
The Sue and Bill Gross Skywalk bridge will connect the center with the medical center.
