Golden insisting he's committed to Miami

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) — When Al Golden enters the Miami Hurricanes' home field for his team's pregame warmup, Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run" traditionally blares through the stadium.

It's his song, a nod to his New Jersey upbringing. It's apparently not his mantra.

The Miami coach says he's committed to the Hurricanes, even as the NCAA investigation continues to loom. And this weekend, the Hurricanes could become champions — of sorts, anyway — when they play at Duke.

With a win, Miami would finish the season tied for first place in the Atlantic Coast Conference's Coastal Division. It would be the first time since 2003 that the Hurricanes finished tied for first in the standings.
